Individual Support Sessions

Service Description

During your individual support sessions, you will have the opportunity to decompress, and to be deeply seen, heard and acknowledged for your tireless role as a caregiver. We may explore potential interventions and problem-solving strategies, or strategies such as self-care, navigating systems and building a community of support. This is your time - together we'll create a space that provides you with support and empathetic understanding from someone who's walked in your shoes.
